🚀 All orders will be shipped within 4-6 business days.

📧 Once your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a dispatch email to confirm that it's on its way. I keep a record of every parcel sent to ensure your order is on its way. Please note that this isn’t tracking, which is an optional service. If you'd like tracking, please let me know.

 

UK ORDERS: I'm working with Royal Mail to deliver your orders within the UK.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: I use Royal Mail Standard International Airmail to ship international orders you can find a list of Royal Mail shipping partners here.

Please note that while shipping times are typically short, delays may occur during holidays or promotional periods.

Returns and Refund policy​

Most of the items at Threecolourwriter are handcrafted and undergo detailed quality checks before shipping. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy for refunds, returns, and cancellations.

Returns and exchange eligibility:

Damage or deffect: If your items were damaged or defective, please reach out to me within 7 days after you received your order.

Wrong or missing item: If we’ve made an error with your order (e.g., wrong item or quantity), notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will rectify the issue by offering a refund or sending the correct items.

Return policy:

If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and in their original condition, unused. Please note that you’re responsible for the return shipping costs.

Items returned without a prior request or if a request was made after 7 days of delivery are not eligible for a refund.

• Contact Us: To initiate a return, simply email us at info@threecolourwriter.com within 5 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue (photos may be requested for damaged or defective items).

• Return the Item: Once we receive your email and in case of a return, we'll provide you with detailed return instructions, including the address and any necessary steps. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs and using a trackable service.

• Refund Approval: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item , we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via e-mail.

• Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Order cancellation:

You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been fulfilled yet. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.​​
